Mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer caused primarily by asbestos.

Veterans may be eligible for healthcare claims and may be able to file disability.

Personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits and litigation are effective ways to hold negligent manufacturing companies liable. It is also a way for injured parties to obtain compensation for damages due to healthcare costs, lost wages, pain and suffering, and miscellaneous expenses. A court may also award punitive damages to mesothelioma victims as a way to punish the manufacturing company for their negligence.
